We are happy to provide expedited shipping of your I-20 and admission letter at no cost to you. SIUE uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive your acceptance letter and I-20 through DHL, FedEx or UPS typically within 3-5 days.

Requesting your immigration documents through express mail is your responsibility. Please complete the following steps:

1. Please review the attached copy of the letter and I-20 clip to ensure all information is correct. If there is an error, please email siueapps@siue.edu immediately before proceeding to the next step.
2. Request your immigration documents through express mail within one week of receiving this email. Go to study.eshipglobal.com to begin.
3. Create an eShipGlobal account by selecting Student Sign Up. Please record your username and password in a secure location in order to track your documents.
4. Select the option to receive a package from Universities (Southern Illinois University Edwardsville).
5. Select the department as Admissions (New Students)
6. Complete the request by entering your SIUE student ID number (800 number), mailing address, phone number and email address. Please ensure these details are correct and complete or your shipment will be delayed.
