1. Login to your SIUE Application Center
2. Click "Summary" for your approved program
3. Navigate to the Decisions section and select "Department Approval Form"
4. Click "Respond"
5. Submit your enrollment response

Once you submit your enrollment response, your program director will be reaching out to you for course selection. If you have any questions please contact your graduate program director.
