New Yoga Session with Educational Outreach, Tuesdays and Thursdays

Yoga for Beginners

Cost: $85 for all 10 sessions or $10 a session 

Yoga for Beginners provides the fundamentals of practice for those getting started in yoga, as well as those with more experience who enjoy gentler movements. You will learn posture alignment, practice breath work through guided demonstration and reap the benefits of yoga, including improved balance, physical strength, flexibility, relaxation, increased energy and better digestion.

Club Ice Hockey Pink in the Rink Game, Oct. 19

Join us for the SIUE Club Ice Hockey’s Annual Pink in the Rink game scheduled on Saturday, Oct. 19 vs. Bradley University.

D2 Hockey plays at 6:45 p.m. and D3 Hockey plays at 9:30 p.m. at the East Alton Ice Arena.

This year, Pink Ice Hockey jerseys will be available for purchase. Proceeds will be donated to a charity in support of breast cancer research.

The cost is $5 for general admission. FREE admission to SIUE Students with valid identification.

Heartsaver courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training, and cover first-aid basics for the most common first-aid emergencies. Hands-on training also prepares students to perform CPR and use an AED in a safe, timely and effective manner. A two-year certification card is issued upon course completion.
