The University Staff Senate's meetings are open to constituency members. Staff Senate meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month.

We need YOU to make The SIUE Experience a success for the Class of 2022! 

Please consider volunteering to help welcome our new students. The first impressions they experience during this orientation program can have a lasting impact on their connection to SIUE.

Saturday, Aug. 18

We are looking for faculty and staff to accompany new students and upper-class student leaders on our Class of 2022 service project.

This activity puts our SIUE value of citizenship into action. We are providing service to 10 community agencies in the St. Louis and Metro East area: Arlington Wetlands, Discovery Garden, EarthDance Farms, Granite City Community Garden, The Gardens at SIUE, La Vista CSA Farm, Metro East Humane Society, Ronald McDonald House, Watershed Nature Center and Willoughby Farm.

Bus transportation from Lot B will be provided.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2018 Cougar Welcome Departmental Resource Fair. The annual fair will be held:

10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Monday-Tuesday, Aug. 20-21
Morris University Center Goshen Lounge

Departments have the opportunity to promote their services and answer any questions that students have about their area. We encourage eye catching displays that grab the students' attention.
