Healthlink Insurance Representative on Campus Nov. 17

The State of Illinois HealthLink insurance representative will be on SIUE campuses to answer general questions for employees who are having problems with HealthLink vendors.

The HealthLink representative is scheduled to be on the Edwardsville campus:

11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 17
Morris University Center, Meeting Room A

The visit will provide a general overview and explanation of certain situations in order to avoid violating any employee’s confidential medical information.

Employees are asked to send their issues with HealthLink to benefitshr@siue.edu by Tuesday, Nov. 15. SIUE Department of Human Resources will summarize and send questions to the representative, so she can research as many issues as possible prior to the meeting.

The representative will also remain on campus for a short time after the meeting for specific questions. She will take employees concerns with her and follow-up with them directly at a later time.

The HealthLink representative will also visit the Alton campus, but that date has not been determined. The East St. Louis campus has been offered a visit but is unable to coordinate at this time.

For more information, please contact the Benefits area at benefitshr@siue.edu
