Check Out These Two New Summer Camps

The SIUE School of Education, Health and Human Behavior and the Office of Educational Outreach are hosting two new summer camps in July to help foster a spirit of adventure, creativity and learning for children ages 8-12.

Explorer Summer Camp provides an enriching, investigative experience in which children learn how to “think like an explorer” during educational activities inspired by Lewis and Clark.

Explorer II Summer Camp inspires cultural understanding through a journey around the world for children as they learn about different regions and their unique people, art, literature, music and more.

"The Kimmel Student Involvement Center staff is like a second family, and I truly enjoy working with this incredible group of people. I have come to know so many talented and fantastic people in my time here, it is small wonder that SIUE is an excellent place to work and learn. Plus, I have the good fortune to get to know and work with students from all over this wonderful campus. They may be the students, but the education I receive from them is priceless! Thank you for this honor.”
