Those in the winning photo will receive t-shirts, courtesy of Student Affairs and tickets to a basketball game of their choice during the 2016-2017 season, courtesy of Intercollegiate Athletics.

One vote per employee, faculty and staff only, please.

Voting will remain open through Monday, March 7.

Update from the Chancellor Search Advisory Committee

Dear SIUE Community,

I am writing to you with an update on behalf of the Chancellor Search Advisory Committee (CSAC). The CSAC, with the assistance of the search firm Witt/Kieffer, will continue to recruit and receive applications until Tuesday, March 15 (best consideration date). We have received 36 nominations to date and would welcome more up to that date.

We are simultaneously evaluating the applications in hand, which, as of February 29, numbered 48. The CSAC will meet the third week of this month to recommend candidates for the first round of confidential semi-finalist interviews, to be conducted in early April. We plan to complete all campus finalist interviews before the end of the spring 2016 semester so that we can receive input from the SIUE community. The names of the finalists selected for campus interviews will be made public.

We would like to thank all those who have nominated individuals for the Chancellor position or have provided us with feedback through the website, siue.edu/chancellor/search/

We will continue to provide you with updates and inform the SIUE community in advance of the on-campus interviews for the finalists.

Best regards,
Gireesh Gupchup, PhD
Chair, Chancellor Search Advisory Committee
SIUE School of Pharmacy

More information regarding rewards, nomination criteria and the nomination form can be obtained online.
