Dr. Joy Receives ADEA Fellowship

The SDM's Dr. Anita Joy is the recipient of the 2018 American Dental Education Association/ADEAGies Foundation Education Fellowship.

Joy is an associate professor and chair of the SDM’s Department of Growth, Development and Structure. She is an eight-year member of the SDM faculty, having joined in 2010 and began her interactions with the ADEA at that time.

SDM's Nash Receives ASDA National Appointment

Alexandra Nash, a member of the SDM Class of 2021, has been appointed as an editorial board contributing editor by the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) for 2018-19. Nash received the appointment at the January meeting of the ASDA Board of Trustees.

“I am thankful for this appointment, and look forward to representing both my class and school on a national level,” said Nash, a Lebanon native.
