Ronald E. McClellan Sr., of East St. Louis, died Friday morning at his home. He was 69.
McClellan attended SIUE on a track and field scholarship. He graduated with a bachelor’s in social sciences in 1978 and leaves a legacy of four generations who have attended SIUE.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 408 Columbia Place, East St. Louis. Funeral services will follow at noon.
