SIUE Appoints Penny Raburn as Director of Health Services

The Division of Student Affairs at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is delighted to announce the appointment of Penny Raburn as the new Director of Health Services, effective from December 14. As the Director of Health Services, Raburn will play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare at SIUE by ensuring the well-being of SIUE students, staff, and faculty. She will collaborate extensively with staff in Health and Counseling Services to support the health and success of students.
Raburn will lead a highly collaborative team and provide oversight and direction of nursing staff, medical records, student health insurance, and business operations. Raburn is committed to creating a healthy and supportive environment, which aligns with SIUE's mission.
