Lakesha Butler, PharmD, clinical professor in the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville School of Pharmacy’s Department of Pharmacy Practice and president of the National Pharmaceutical Association, contributed to and was quoted in the nbcnews.com article, “How black pharmacists are closing the cultural gap in healthcare.”
Butler talked about the importance of culturally competent care.
