Vendor Information

The SIUE Arts & Craft Fair will take place in the Morris University Center on Friday, September 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This two-day event is a cherished tradition at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and is held in conjunction with Homecoming and Family Weekend, one of the most spirited times of the year on campus. The fair is open to students, alumni, families, and community members to explore and enjoy all it has to offer.

Attendees will have the opportunity to browse and shop a wide selection of local, handmade items from talented local artists and makers. Whether you're searching for a unique keepsake, a thoughtful gift, or a special Homecoming & Family Weekend memento, the Arts & Crafts Fair offers something meaningful for everyone to take home and remember the weekend by.

To apply as a vendor, applicants must submit a completed application, colored photos of the handmade items they intend to sell, and the booth fee. Only original, handmade items are permitted—pre-manufactured goods will not be accepted.

Once we receive your application, you will hear back no later than August 14, 2026. Upon acceptance, an email will be sent out with further information, including how/where to send the booth rental fee. If you have any questions, please email us at universitycenter@siue.edu.
