Ash is the Supervisor for the Supplemental Instruction program. She received her Bachelor of Science in ACS Chemistry from SIUE in December 2019 with Cum Laude Honors and is now working toward her Master's of Science in Chemistry at SIUE with an expected graduation date of May 2022. Her future job hopes/prospects are still being considered.
Notable awards, research, and other work important to Ash include Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (URCA) Assistant Funding; Dreyfus Research Scholarship; ACS awards for inorganic and organic chemistry; and master's research on an inorganic complex with anticancer activity.
Ash assists in managing the SI Program's website, Blackboard, marketing, hiring SI Leaders, and day-to-day operations. She was previously an SI leader for Organic Chemistry (CHEM 241A and CHEM 241B) and Intro to Biological Sciences II (BIOL 151).
