Procedures for Music Classes

Faculty will need to call or come to Production Services to order CDs. Please provide the master CD for the class. Please label all master CDs according to which music class they are for. (example…Dr. Ho Music 111, section 001). Please state how many students are enrolled in the class.

We will then make that number of CDs for that class. We will need about one week to turn around the CDs. Faculty can then pick up the CDs and distribute them to students.

CDs will also be available at the Circulation Desk to be taken to the Self-Instruction Lab for listening (on 2nd Floor by Microforms) and in the Music Listening Room.

If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail Sheryl at or call 3053.

Please note that AVS Production Services has moved to Lovejoy Library, room 0005, within Academic Computing along with Faculty Technology Center. We're just around the corner from our old location.
