LEAD Program

When you enroll in LEAD, a self-paced, comprehensive leadership program, you will be focusing on 6 elements of leadership:
Professional Development
Community Engagement
Academic Prowess
Inclusive and Equitable Practice
Personal Growth
Interpersonal Connections
Through experiential learning opportunities, meaningful reflection, and intentional relationship building, students will be well-equipped to serve as influential leaders. Participants will also engage in a few experiences that are exclusive to those registered in the LEAD Program:

360 Analysis of Personal Leadership Style
Personal feedback on leadership experiences
Portfolio Review
Exit Interview
There is no window for enrollment or completion. Instead, students enroll when they are ready, and complete at their own pace, though we recommend students take at least 2 years to complete. Those who complete the program in its entirety will earn a medallion to wear at commencement.
