A record of the consent must be maintained as long as the content is online. Consent obtained by electronic means (email) will be considered adequate. Images, voices, likenesses and other information require written consent before publication in University media. Creating and using unauthorized copies of audio and visual works in either digital or non-digital format is not appropriate and may be illegal.
