- Program Designed for Working Nurses: SIUE’s Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) provides a flexible, online format, and your learning is supported by four on-campus experiences. There are also open lab opportunities for students who want to come to campus for one-on-one help with clinical skills.

- Post-master’s DNP: The post-master’s DNP program educates nurses for the highest level of clinical practice, focusing on their advanced nursing practice specialty area or in health care administration.
- Post-master’s DNP/MBA: This collaborative program offers post-master's, advanced practice nurses the opportunity to obtain a Master of Business Administration and a DNP.
- Nurse Anesthesia DNP: The nurse anesthesia DNP specialization prepares registered nurses with baccalaureate degrees to provide individualized anesthetic patient care for diagnostic, therapeutic or pain management procedures.
