Research Assistantship (1039-2022)

Qualifications

Must be pursuing one of the following degrees: MS in Biological Sciences, MS in Chemistry, MS in Environmental Sciences, or PhD in ERP. Must have research experience in EITHER plant breeding and quantitative genetics or LC-MS. 

Position Description

The research assistant will be responsible for performing research tasks related to Dr. Butts-Wilmsmeyer’s laboratory research. This includes, but is not limited to, performing extractions in the laboratory, preparing samples for HPLC analysis, data entry, data analysis, working with and mentoring undergraduates in the laboratory, and upholding best laboratory and laboratory safety practices.
