Posted January 11, 2023
Discipline(s): All
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is the world's largest government funder of biomedical research. Most of the NIH budget supports grants to universities, medical schools, and research institutions across the U.S. This presentation will focus on NIH’s K awards for research career development. NIH offers several K programs, each aimed at a different population or career stage. In the webinar, we will explore each of these, developing a process to select the most appropriate program for a given situation. We will also identify the common components of K proposals and consider some of the challenges in preparing a K proposal.
The complimentary, one-hour webinar will be held on Thursday, January 12th, 2023 at 2:00 pm Eastern / 11:00 am Pacific.
