SIUE participates with the Research Enabled platform (www.researchenabled.org) created by the SIU System and the University of Missouri System to encourage industry engagement, interdisciplinary research and utility of our equipment and talent.

Annually we have to update our faculty access list to ensure that present faculty accounted for. If you have not claimed your profile, please do so (it only takes about 3 minutes).  

We are getting much more activity these days as more and more companies are participating.  We recently had some research challenges get posted by a very large industry partner that was worth more than a million dollars of sponsored research opportunities. 

The Research is not limited to basic science and engineering, but some needs extend to other areas such as business solutions, minority recruitment, etc.  

If you have claimed your profile and you receive an email from Research Enabled about an industry engagement opportunity, please review to see if the opportunity meets your interest.
