The University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) will host the 2021 Illinois Innovation Network Conference on October 29.
The Illinois Innovation Network (IIN) is a group of public universities and community colleges that work together to improve the state’s economy through an inclusive approach to innovation, research, and education. The IIN works with businesses, governmental agencies, and community groups to grow Illinois’ workforce, bring new technologies to market faster, and utilize research to make better decisions for our state.
Broadly defined, sustainability research poster/oral presentations may be related to research projects on the environment, health and well-being, sustainable food and water practices, business practices that support economic growth, education practices and governmental policies related to sustainability.
Conference organizers invite students, faculty, and researchers to submit poster/oral presentations related to sustainability within Illinois. The conference will be held in an online format and is open to any student, faculty member, or researcher associated with any of the IIN Hubs.
Research poster/oral presentations should include a title, a 250-word abstract, and author(s) contact information. If you are interested in attending and/or presenting at this conference, please register and submit your abstract (if applicable) at 2021 IIN Conference Registration & Abstract Submission form by October 1, 2021.
