Unique Opportunities for Humanities Scholars - Whiting Foundation Public Engagement Programs
The Whiting Foundation is offering SIUE the opportunity to nominate two Humanities Scholars, one for each of the following programs: Public Engagement Seed Grant and Public Engagement Fellowship. Additional information can be found on the Office of Research and Projects Limited Submission page under the Whiting Foundation Public Engagement Project link and also in a summary format below.
As a limited submission opportunity SIUE will select one nominee for each of the programs listed below using the same selection process for all limited submissions. Letters of Intent are due in Kuali Build no later than March 16th.Notifications will be sent out to upload pre-proposal materials in Kuali Build by April 13th.
The opportunities in this cycle are focusing on the following disciplines: history; the study of literature, visual art, music, and the other arts; philosophy; and area studies combining these fields, like classics and African-American studies.
