Due to a change in federal requirements, ORP has to institute a process of confirming that current and pending documents submitted to sponsors who require them align with disclosures in the KR COI module.  Therefore, proposals to sponsors who require COI disclosure at submission or with prime sponsors who require COI disclosure (e.g., all federal agencies) will now require a current and pending attachment.  If the sponsor does not require the current and pending documentation, then your Pre-Award Specialist will attach a template document stating such.  If your submission requires current and pending documentation, you will need to attach it for all key personnel, co-PIs, and the PI prior to routing.  The COI disclosure(s) can still take place during routing.  We appreciate your assistance in ensuring SIUE complies with all sponsor requirements!
