COVID-19: DOE Implementation of OMB Memorandum M-20-17
The Department of Energy has issued the OMB memorandum titled “Administrative Relief for Recipients and Applicants of Federal Financial Assistance Directly Impacted by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) due to Loss of Operations.” The purpose is to implement flexibilities from specific administrative, financial management, and audit requirements, without compromising accountability requirements.
