Registered student organizations requesting space less than two weeks from their prospective event date must complete the Schedule Request Form and submit to Event Services in-person or email. Requests less than two weeks from event date are subject to room and equipment availability. | ||
Event Solicitation Forms are required for events that are collecting funds or goods. A signature from your Fiscal Officer is required for registered student organizations and internal departments. Registered student organizations and internal departments requesting a display/marketing table less than two weeks from their prospective event date must complete the display table scheduling request form in its entirety and submit to Event Services in-person or via email. | ||
Waiver and liability forms are required for events where there is possible risk to participants, equipment, or event space. Completed waivers must be returned within 24-hours of your event to Event Services. |
