Welcome to Cougar Racing
Cougar Formula Racing (CFR) is dedicated to designing, building, testing, and racing a Formula-style vehicle for the annual SAE International Collegiate Design Series. Cougar Formula Racing seeks to develop the engineering, project management, teamwork, and leadership skills of its members through practical, hands-on experience. The team fosters a collaborative environment that values safety, innovation, inclusion, and academic excellence. In doing so, we aim to produce future engineers and leaders who are technically proficient, ethically grounded, and well-prepared for careers in the automotive and motorsports industries.
