Tarsha Moore currently serves as the assistant director of the Inclusive Excellence, Education and Development Hub. In her role, she is charged with providing support and advocacy for students in the form of developing various equity and inclusion programs, events, and initiatives on campus. During her tenure at SIUE, Tarsha has been extremely passionate and supportive of providing equitable and inclusive experiences that allow students, faculty and staff to reach their full potential. She has facilitated various anti-racism, equity, diversity and inclusion workshops on campus and is a nationally certified diversity trainer through NCCJ St. Louis.
Tarsha is an alumnus of SIUE, receiving both a Bachelor’s in business administration and Master’s in college student personnel administration. She is currently a doctoral student pursuing a PhD in higher education leadership at Illinois State University. Outside of work and being a doctoral student, Tarsha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her partner and child. She also enjoys music, dancing and catching up on a good tv show when she can find the time.
