Courtney Flach
Alumna
Courtney worked for the Center as a graduate research assistant and obtained her master’s in geography. Combining her background in mathematics with new GIS and data science tools, Courtney worked on projects related to geospatial variability in human populations, specifically the impact of weather and climatic patterns on people. She also provided guidance to the Center’s undergraduate workforce, helping them learn how to code in the various statistical programming languages and overcome common barriers that students often face when entering the data analytics field.
Michelle Mendez-Prosser
Alumna
Michelle worked for the Center as a graduate research assistant. She obtained her MBA with a specialization in data analytics. She worked on a variety of projects, using business intelligence tools to help C-PAN's clients and collaborators make data-driven decisions. She also helped oversee the Center's undergraduate workforce and helped them navigate common data interface questions.
