Mathematica and Other Mathematics Software at SIUE

Wolfram Mathematica

Due to a new arrangement between ITS and Wolfram, SIUE students are now able to download Mathematica (student version) for free to their personal computer.

To do so, students should:
  1. Follow the link:  https://user.wolfram.com/portal/requestAK/3df7b84e4c5aad1b6370a91fae4fb5df45320b02
  2.  Follow the instructions to create a Wolfram ID
  3. Students create a Wolfram ID and must use their SIUE email
  4. Students will quickly receive an email with download instructions and an activation key.
  5. Licenses should be valid for approximately one year.

Other Mathematics Software

Computers labs in EB and SLW 1065 should contain the following software:

  • Minitab
  • Wolfram Mathematica
  • Matlab
