Sarah received her BA in Music with an emphasis in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and her MM in Piano Accompanying and Chamber Music from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Her piano and voice teachers include Linda Perry, Alla Voskoboynikova and Sandra Bouman. While a graduate student at SIUE, she held a teaching and accompanying assistantship, working with the choir, private lesson students, and class piano. She has accompanied and sung in master classes with performers such as James Campbell, Richard Zeller, Christine Brewer, and Libby Larsen. She is currently adjunct faculty and accompanist at SIUE and St. Charles Community College. She is an active accompanist in the St. Louis area, playing for churches, schools, musicals, and private recitals. She is the Festival Chairman for the National Federation of Music Clubs Chapter IV-C and is also a member of SLAMTA.
