Deadlines
- February 1st for submission
- First University Quality Council (UQC) meeting in March for the 1st review
- First University Planning and Budget Council (UPBC) meeting in April for the 2nd review
- Notification of final decisions will be in May
- Spending must be initiated no later than June 30 of the following calendar year, but can begin later
Space, equipment and personnel will be reviewed as part of the process.
