COVID-19 Testing on Campus

Dear Campus Community,
We hope you had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend.Safety is always on our minds, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to remind you that we have expanding COVID-19 screening test capabilities on campus.
If you would like to receive a COVID-19 screening test on the Alton, East St. Louis or Edwardsville campuses, we encourage you to visit our website and schedule a screening test online. If you do not have insurance, SIUE will cover the cost of the test.
If you have a known exposure to COVID-19, please do not schedule a screening test through this process.Please contact Health Service at 618-650-2842 or cougarcare@siue.edu (students) or your medical provider (employees) for guidance.
If you are experiencing COVID-19 like symptoms, please stay home and do not schedule a screening test through this process.

- Students living in University Housing should not leave their personal living space
- Employees should contact their personal healthcare provider to determine next steps and testing options.
Convenient upcoming testing options sponsored by the SIUE School of Nursing, SIHF Healthcare, SIU School of Medicine and Madison County Health Department include:
- Sunday, Sept. 13, SIUE Parking Lot B (drive-thru), 9 a.m.-noon
- Tuesday, Sept. 15, SIUE Korte Stadium (drive-thru), 9 a.m.-noon
