For FormFlow 99 Filler to work correctly you must have 1 or 2 additional items installed on your PC Desktop. For Windows 95 and Windows 98 this includes Internet Explorer 4.0. For Windows NT this includes Service Pak 3 (or 4 or 5) in addition to Internet Explorer 4.0.

To determine which version of Windows you have on your PC, shutdown your PC and reboot it. The version of Windows will be displayed during the reboot process. If you determine you are a Windows NT PC you must also look for the Service Pak level on the bright blue screen that displays during the reboot process. It will display in white letters at the upper right side of the screen.

The Windows XX IE 4.0/FormFlow 99 Install Package you download and execute will determine whether or not you already have Internet Explorer 4.0 installed on your PC Desktop. If Internet Explorer (IE 4.0) is already installed then only Form Flow Filler 99 will be installed. If you do not have IE 4.0 installed, the Installation Package will first install Internet Explorer 4.0 then Form Flow 99 Filler. This is an automated process with minimal input. The instructions include opening your first form after the installation process is complete.
