Here are four pictures I took of Thumpers while I was at VMD@Mid-Ohio

Sorry, I don't remember the owner of this very nice SR's name, I have a real problem with names, but if someone will remind I'll give credit.

I just received the following information from Kevin Burns:

#114 belongs to Gary Anderson. That SR is even faster than it looks. A very good running example of what can be done with patience and skill. Gary is also the person who loaned me a cylinder, piston, and cam after my cylinder was destroyed in Saturday's race. Gary doesn't have email, but I'll bet someone will let him know about the pics. He'll be pleased. Kevin

Thanks to Kevin for coming to my rescue.

A BSA Gold Star at the bike show. I don't remember the year.

Now here is a Thumper in every since of the word. A 1956 Norton ES2, a 79mm bore and a 100mm stroke. No multi-valve, grossly over-square, high revving engine here, just THUMP . . . THUMP . . . THUMP.
