Develop a Budget and Funding Strategy The key here is adequate funding for the plan. Look at all potential sources of funding outside the general school budget - i.e. private and public grants, in-kind donations, businesses, etc. Often overlooked is the inclusion of sufficient funding for staff development and release time.
