Students interested in working in my lab should be aware that the number of applications I receive usually exceeds the number of openings available, so admission is selective. My aim is to recruit highly conscientious students who are willing to help with all phases of the research process. Students selected to work in my lab have a demonstrated track record of conscientiousness, and many come highly recommended from professors who have had the students in their courses.
