Payment Information

Payment Deadlines:

  • October 25, 2017 – $500 NON-refundable down payment
  • December 4 –  $1,300
  • February 1 - $1,300
  • March 15 - $1,420

Payment Process:

Applicants accepted into the program will be notified during the second week in October.  The $500 non-refundable deposit is due by October 15th.

All payments for the Uganda trip program are to be made through the Study Abroad application website. The online payments are by credit card (2.75% fee).  Checks must be accompanied by a payment form, which can be obtained from the Study Abroad office.   The payments are not checked off in the student’s application until confirmation of payment from the Bursar’s office.
