      + Information-Enabled Managers (characteristics, types, roles played)

      + Development of Information-Enabled Managers (IEMgrs)

      + Tutorials (on technologies, techniques in IT management, and IT management issues)

       

Course Objectives
      + To examine the factors of technology, process, and staff in the management of IT in organizations.

      + To explore the concept of Information-Enabled Managers (IEMgrs) and their role in organizations.

      + To examine organizational design and HR practices to facilitate the development and utilization of IEMgrs.

    + To gain knowledge and understanding of some specific technologies, techniques in IT management, and IT management issues
