The Biotechnology Education Consortium
was begun at SIUE in the Science Building on April 3 & 4, 1998.  An enthusiastic team of 6-12th grade teachers from various teaching disciplines came from 5 area high schools to learn about new techniques
in biotech education.
A Summer Workshop

All those trained in the BEP will have access to curriculum, kits and some consumables for the kits.
