The program will consist of up to 480 hours of work at a Pfizer Global Research and Development facility, commencing as early as April and ending as late as December. The intern’s project will be biopharmaceutically oriented, with one-on-one supervision by a senior staff statistician. It will be a hands-on learning experience involving both statistical and related data review and data transformation programming tasks. The programming tasks will involve the use of SAS, R, and/or other statistical software on the UNIX or NT platforms. As part of the internship program, the intern will prepare a written report and a brief presentation summarizing their work.
