Before the CMIS department changed requirements for completion of the Master’s degree, students had to complete a Master’s thesis. I was on 30 committees for the Master’s project theses. I was chair for three of them.

→ Second of a two-part course on Systems Analysis and Design. Covers numerous analysis and design methodologies including RAD, LPI, XP, Object Oriented (including UML), and Oracle. Students complete a semester long research project on an IT topic of their choice.

Performed duties of programmer, programmer analyst, and systems analyst in the Reinsurance Division. Responsible for all phases of assigned projects
from analysis to implementation.
Responsible for the redesign of GMAC’s business function Collections. This was accomplished using the techniques of structured analysis and design
using data and process modeling. This involved extensive interaction with the customer and intense analysis of the current and desired global system
processes.
