Exercise and the prevention of weight regain - The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of two clinically appropriate doses of verified aerobic exercise (150 minutes per week vs. 300 minutes per week) combined with a standard dietary therapy on the prevention of weight regain.


Weight Loss and Leptin - The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of weight loss on leptin, a hormone that is secreted by adipose tissue (fat) and plays a key role in regulating hunger.
