Franklin County Fiber Guild
Everyone with an interest in any aspect of fiber is
welcome to attend the Franklin County Fiber Guild meetings. The membership includes weavers, spinners, and
knitters, but also those with interests in bobbin lace, dyeing, beading, crocheting, quilting, papermaking,
and basketmaking. Dues are $10 per year, payable in May. The guild meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Union Library (Union, Missouri). The library
is just off Hwy. 50 west of Hwy 47 intersection, across the side street east of Taco Bell.
Each meeting includes a show & tell session in which people talk about
their latest projects and a program, which is often a hands-on activity. Contact
Linda Beckley or
Donna McFarland for more information.
