Right-click the file, go to 'Open with,' then choose 'SeaMonkey.' 
Once the page is open in SeaMonkey, go to 'File,' then 'Edit Page.' This will open the page in edit mode.
You can also open a page for editing from within Seamonkey by clicking on the 'Open' button a the top.
