Vision 2020 is a new initiative aimed at focusing our collective energies and resources on key high-priority areas that will spur future job creation and investments in Southwestern Illinois. Vision 2020 will define where we are as a region, identify where we want to be and create the action plan to get us there. It will enable us to confront current challenges while transforming our region’s tremendous potential into a positive economic future.
Vision 2020 is being spearheaded by the Leadership Council in concert with the two workforce investment boards and regional leaders across a seven-county area. The success of this initiative is directly tied to our collaboration with stakeholders in all sectors of our economy. Your support and involvement will be important to the Vision 2020 process.
