Woodland Hall is home to nearly 500 residents and is set up in suite-style formation, with four residents in two rooms sharing a bathroom. The building is fully furnished, air conditioned and smoke-free. Each wing has an academic lounge for quiet study and a social lounge containing a kitchenette, microwave and cable television. It also features a 24-hour computer lab, laundry facilities, Residence Housing Association office and activity wing. The Residence Housing Association office provides programs and funding to the Hall Councils and residents in University Housing.
