The dynamics and control laboratory contains many pieces of equipment and instruments for vibration and control. These include two laser vibrometers, two displacement and velocity decoders, and three shaking tables. Also, there are two oscilloscopes and many function generators and amplifiers. The undergraduate classes include: the Crank Mechanism, Rotational Imbalance, Forced Vibration, and Two Degree of Freedom Oscillations. Additionally, experimental investigations are completed with the gyroscope, and the large-profile shaking table. The shaking table is located in the shared Me/Ce laboratory. Additionally the Dynamics and Control laboratory has several computers dedicated to the advancement of the research groups in the area of vibration and control. For more information on this laboratory contact Albert C.J. Luo.
