Job Description/Responsibilities
The Department of Management and Marketing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville's School of Business seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior (subject to budgetary approval). Primary responsibilities will include:

• Teaching courses in the area of Organizational Behavior. Other
Management courses may be assigned depending upon qualifications.
• Conducting original academic research in accordance with AACSB expectations.
• Engaging in service activities commensurate with rank at the time of hire.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have a doctoral degree in business or related field, however ABDs nearing completion will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates from AACSB-accredited institutions. Expertise in Organizational Behavior or Industrial Organizational Psychology is ideal, with a secondary interest that complements the curricula of the School of Business.

Terms of Appointment
Full-time, 9 month, continuing position.
