About Dr. Daus
Catherine Daus teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in I/O Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Group Dynamics and Stress. She received her Doctorate in I/O Psychology from Purdue University in 1994. Her research interests include mood and emotion at work, stress and coping at work, and diversity and cross cultural issues. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Executive and the International Review of I/O Psychology. Dr. Daus is active in various professional organizations, including Gateway I/O Psychologist, Society for I/O Psychology, American Psychological Society, and American Psychological Association. She also does stress management consulting and organizational attitude/survey development for organizations.
Dr. Daus is available to mentor students interested in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Specific topical areas within organizational psychology that Dr. Daus has expertise in are emotions and emotions in the workplace; stress and work stress; and worker attitudes.
