Ryan Manns

  • Worked for CRec as a trainer since summer 2015.
  • I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients between the ages of 20 – 60.
  • My favorite thing about training is the sense of accomplishment after a hard training session and moving closer to the final health/fitness goal.
  • My workout style/ favorite style of training is strength/resistance training.

  • I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients between the ages of 19 and 68 years old.
  • My favorite thing about training is coaching someone to reach their goals and tracking the success.
  • My workout style/ favorite styles of training are weight training and high intensity intervals.
